I love this bowl and will be ordering the other 2 sizes in this style. The all over grip works perfect and the stainless steel interior comes clean with ease, and no spotting!

Great Kitchen Accessory!Feb 15, 2011
By Cheri R. Massaro I can't express enough how much I love these bowls. They have great grip and are big enough for any size project if you get all three. They are a little pricey for mixing bowls...but well worth the purchase in my opinion. The insides do get scuffed up with mixer use...but this I expected with stainless steel. I recommend these for the bakers out there!

Sticker RemovalAug 26, 2010
By Aaron I've read several reviews from frustrated users of this product that have had great difficulty in removing the label from the bottom of the bowl. The following is an easy and foolproof (honest) method to remove the recalcitrant little bugger: 1) Get a bottle of Goo Gone ([...]) 2) Put enough in the bowl to cover the label 3) Wait overnight while it soaks in 4) Easily peel the label off the next morning. I've had a single 12 oz bottle (plastic squeeze bottle, not the spray) for several years now and it has worked on EVERY label that I've tried as well as on the vehicle registration stickers that bake on the front windshield during the hot summer.
Can't remove sticker gunkJan 31, 2012
By DancerUMD Love the bowl, don't get me wrong. However, I have the whole set and only this one has sticker gunk that will not come off. I've tried goo-gone and soap and alcohol and soaking it and putting it in the dishwasher. The sticker gunk is beyond my control, and it drives me crazy!!!
Excellent Bowls. Why 3 Stars?Oct 22, 2011
By waxmonkey The reason they get 3 stars is twofold. First they are well made and very functional. Secondly, they apparantely made an attempt to correct the sticker problem everyone was complaining about, because on mine they were on the upper inside, and only took about 15 minutes of scrubbing with d-limonene to remove. So 5 stars for quality, and instead of deducting 4 stars for the sticker I am only deducting 2 stars because I was able to get them off without damaging the bowls. Unfortunately most people may not have the proper chemicals lying around the house to do the job.
A very wise man once said, "It really dosent matter how many good products a company manufactures, when they destroy the good product by putting unremovable stickers on them before selling to the public, they are lacking a crucial component which is common sense."
It reminds me of something I've seen a few thoughtless restaurants do, and that's make something hot and crispy, then serve it on a cold bed of lettuce, so by the time I pick it up to eat its luke warm and soggy.
I remember back in the mid 80's buying things with stickers like this on it. Does Oxo know what year this is?
