 Gripper cutting boards are great...May 08, 2012

... the grippy feet really hold it in place, and I also like that it's bamboo and it's made from sustainable materials. It is a bit tinier than I expected, and that's my fault for not really measuring exactly what 5x7 looks like before ordering! But I use this little one for cutting up lime wedges and smaller things that don't require me to drag out the larger board. It's really more of a bartending board. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is a tiny crack in one of the seams of the bamboo and I'm not sure how that is going to hold up over time...

We really struggled to figure out which cutting board to get-these boards are of a VERY high quality. Just remember to mineral oil them...
