High qualityMay 11, 2001
I love this muffin pan. I have used others that rusted in a short time. This pan is not too dark or too light, so you get perfectly even browning. It is heavy duty instead of thin. The dark pans will brown things too fast, sometimes almost burning them. Shiny pans hardly brown at all. This is the best muffin pan I've ever used and I have been baking muffins for years.I highly recommend this muffin pan. It will be the last one you ever buy.

THE best muffin tin!Nov 13, 2002
I love this muffin tin! I bought it 2 years ago on Amazon and came back to see if they were still available. I'm planning to buy another. Muffins really do cook faster in this tin. The cups are bigger than the cheap aluminum muffin tins. It's a great addition to your bakeware.

I use the mini muffin pan to prepare hors d'oevres and little desserts for parties and get-togethers. Everyone is always impressed with the versatility of this pan, along with the great presentation (they look great in a lined Longaberger basket)! The pan cleans very easily, and has help up well. I love it so much that I ordered a second one!

This mini muffin pan looks like it is too shallow at first, at least that was my initial impression (what have I done?!?! I thought when I opened my box) However, the pan soon showed me! Not only is it good for mini muffins, it is also great for stuffed mushrooms (they won't wobble over, each piece stays in its little section, fabulous) Also, perfect for mini-tarts and mini-quiches. You can make about 15 from one pie crust (I buy the Pillsbury premade kind) Use a yogurt cup to get circles just the right size! Fabulous. I highly recommend this versital mini muffin pan.

Great muffin panAug 04, 2008

This is a great muffin pan. I got mine about 2 months ago and have used it a few times already. It really is non-stick; clean up is a snap. The only thing to be careful of - these really do cook your muffins a lot quicker. I have yet to get my muffins out of the oven without burning the bottoms of the muffins a bit. I didn't use paper liners the first time and I burned them bad. Even with liners I've still been getting them a little over done.
Make sure you drop the cooking time by about 30% and check them EARLY, because you are going to burn some muffins if you're not careful! I'd also recommend dropping the oven temp a notch.
