These little dishes are so elegant, yet sturdy. You can use them for everything, little dishes of this and that on a dining table, a nice little place to rest your cooking spoons and forks, as I do for feeding my rabbit his warm kitten milk replacer, the list goes on and on.

I received these dipping saucers as a gift. Although they are meant to use for dipping bread into olive oil (which works fine for this purpose), I needed a saucer for feeding my cat and spotted these in my kitchen cabinet. The perfect cat dish! They hold exactly 3 ounces of wet cat food and they have a wide enough diameter to not bother my cat's sensitive whiskers. I like that there is still a bit of a rim on the dish to hold the food in. The fact that they are not plastic is a plus, since plastic pet food dishes can become scratched and hold in bacteria and smells. I've put the dishes in the microwave for a few seconds to warm the food, and when done, I just run through the dishwasher. Too bad these aren't marketed to cat owners -- I think they'd be big sellers.
