 Cute for table decor but not very functional.May 09, 2010

I purchased a dozen of these to set a sea themed dinner with frinds and served among other things, king crab legs. These crackers were not effective at all. The "teeth" do not grab to crack so the food just slips out. We had to use shears instead. They are cute and fine for decoration but are not functional.

These Lobster Crackers are great. They are constructed of all metal and are easy to hold. They worked perfectly for breaking through Crab legs and claws.
The only thing I would change about them is the hand grip. While it is easy to hold, the overall girth of the handle can make it difficult to crack legs and hold at the same time. But with a few goes, you'll get the hang of it.
Looks great, works great. Would buy again.
