I do NOT like cleaning my horizontal window blinds because they never get really clean! I try small cloths, dusters, disposable dusters, etc. but everything I use still leaves dust behind, and it takes FOREVER to do the job.
I saw these Casabella Microfiber Window blinds gloves in a local "organization and hardware" type retail store and decided to give them a try. I hoped that by using my own hands I could get into the small nooks and crannies of the blinds more easily, and the microfiber coudl do the job of grabbing and hanging on tho the dust rather than just pushing it around and into the air.
I was so relieved to discover they really worked! I removed the packaging, slipped on the pretty, light blue, one-size-fits-all gloves, ran my fingers over the nearest blinds, and voila! No dust on the blind or in the air...it was nicely trapped in the microfiber! Several more blinds later and the glove was still trapping the dust nicely.
The package includes just one glove, but I bought 2 because I prefer to get dusting done quicker by using both hands at once. So far these gloves get an A+ from me!

I used the glove to dust my blinds but found that I prefer it for regular around-the-house dusting instead. I am a little disappointed in the product because I've washed it twice and it is already starting to pill and shed.

These gloves look in the amazon photo like they are going to be more fitted than they are when received. There is a lot of bulky material to help dust/clean whatever you handle. I put one on each hand and they are great for cleaning medicine bottles and any other small odd-shaped items. You do need to be careful as they are so bulky, it is easy to knock things over. They are a little tacky on things such as crystals. They work great on blinds as well.

The blinds in my rental were filthy, and I bought these to help out. I think these gloves would be fine with light dust for people who want to control dander, etc, but only soap will shift the dirt if it's been sitting around for a while. Also, the glove was HUGE and felt flimsy. I could fit both my hands in there with room to spare. That made it quite unwieldy.

I ordered this item, to place with all my other such items, that never seem to live up to my expectations. So, I am very pleasantly surprised with the way this one works.
My blinds are clean again, and it wasn't really all that difficult, with the Casabella Microfiber Window Blind gloves, from Amazon.com.
I would definitely recommend it.
