The person who invented this baby got it all right. It's intuitive, so even the most mechanically unskilled person can easily use it correctly. It has TWO separate abilities. First, the pointy end pierces steel cans perfectly. Once the opener is engaged to the edge of the can (easy to do) you can achieve total control without prior experience. With a slight lifting motion applied to the opener you can achieve a very small hole, as you raise the height of the lift the hole gets even bigger! For even bigger holes, you can place the can opener additional times around the perimeter of the can and create two, three, four or more holes! (Note, if you engage the opener multiple times around the entire perimeter of the can it is possible to create a "throwing star" as seen in many asian kung-fu movies. Put one beside your bed and sleep soundly knowing you are protected at night.)
The second function this opener can do is flip open bottle caps. One after another, the bottle cap has met it's match! Even screw off bottle caps can be flipped off. Saves critical seconds when one is very thirsty. I could go on and on.
Lastly, it has a magnetic magnet. It will stick securely to anything containing carbon molecules. Such a complete design, I would not be surprised if this was developed a 1000 years ago by DaVinci himself. Damn he was ahead of his time.
