Must Have Kitchen GadgetNov 28, 2005
By VA This is a great gadget in your kitchen if you only use it for chopping your hard boiled eggs before making egg or tuna salad.
I've had one for many years and it's one of those items you keep and use on a regular basis. So much easier to use and clean than dragging out your processor for those little chopping jobs.
great as a pastry cutterSep 29, 2011
By C. Allen I LOVE this chopper as a pastry cutter! It's effective and it doesn't get butter stuck in it like regular pastry cutters. Yay for easier pie crusts!
Chopper ReviewAug 11, 2011
By Johnnie V My wife knew of the chopper because her friend had one. She wanted one and found it on Amazon.com. She first used her frien's chopper and wanted one for herself.
PLEASE Correct the DIAMETERFeb 16, 2010

"Bcz I'm A Knock-Out ;-)"
I bought this item because it is advertised as having a 3-1/4" diameter. Im sure under normal circumstances it shouldn't make a difference but I bought this to cut soap and had a 2.75" cookie cutter from RSVP which was REALLY sturdy, I needed something with a wider diameter, searched all over the internet & ended my search when I found this BECAUSE it was listed as having a 3.25" diameter, when in actuality it is only 3". The size wouldnt be so important if I didnt order 2,000 product labels because of this which are now 1/4 of an inch too large. Another thing which disappointed me is: I paid $4.99 for shipping on an item which cost about 5 bucks and the shipper sent it FIRST CLASS Postal service Spending only a dollar + to actually send it. Which means I paid $9 for this crap. I wanted to return it, but would have spent more in shipping than if I just kept the darn thing... so I tried to recoup by using it in the kitchen. The Serrated Edges make it a WASTE at attempting to cut onions, peppers, nuts etc unless you're chopping in a large bowl with huge bulks of produce. The amount of effort expelled on this could have been conserved to use on a knife. I'm sorry to leave such a low mark, I just wasnt happy with the purchasing experience or use of the product as advertised overall.

SerratedSep 14, 2009
By Karen The edge on this chopper is serrated, although the description does not make that clear. The seller (Denny and Kathy's Ace) would not even address my problem when I tried to exchange it for the strait edge.
