Super EasyAug 25, 2010 I used this to tenderize some steak recently and I was delighted with the results. It was easy to use and it enabled the meat to absorb the marinade so much better. The meat was not only tender but full of flavor. The tenderizer was also easy to clean, I just put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher. I would highly recommend this product.
Works GREATAug 08, 2010 Tenderizes large pieces of meat very well. Much easier to clean than you would expect. Very easy to take apart and put back together.

Piece of crapAug 03, 2010 Looked solid and worked great at first. Completely fell apart after 2 uses. Impossible to reassemble, as there are springs and blades and lots of parts. WASTE OF MONEY
Worth every pennyJul 31, 2010 The tenderizer works as advertised. I have used it on steaks as well as chicken with excellent results. It definitely tenederizes, but also 1) speeds up cooking time, 2) allows for better marination, and 3) helps to flatten/even out the meat. Most reviewers do not mention it, but you have to use decent pressure when you push down on the tenderizer. As a result, it flattens the meat out a little. Needless to say, I wouldnt recommend it for very thin cuts of meat. Also, I have experienced better results when I flip the meat over and do both sides. I usually do two passes per side of meat with the blades oriented 90 degrees for each successive pass. This is one of those gadgets that is worth every penny.
It's sweetJun 05, 2010 Built very solid. Does it's job well. This guy will be in my drawer for the next 30 years. Heck of a deal.
