makes tiny pieces.Mar 17, 2010

"Movie Nut"
The pieces are very fine and tiny. I tried it with ginger, and it's ok, but I guess my ginger was too old because part of the ginger became mushy. I'll have to try it again with fresher ginger.
I tried it with daikon, and the pieces were too fine for my taste, so I had to use my traditional grater.
I think if you were more interested in appearance than eating, it's ok.
