FINALLY! A great way to store greensJan 25, 2007
By JK's Momma This is the best thing ever for lettuce as far as I'm concerned. Simply wash your lettuce thoroughly and pop right into the bag. No spinning or patting dry necessary. It keeps your lettuce dry and fresh. Just toss into the laundry occasionally to keep it clean.

AwesomeFeb 08, 2008
By Brooks This salad bag is the best thing for lettuce. Our lettuce lasts twice as long as any other thing I've tried. We can finally use up a whole head of Romaine before it gets wilted. Perfect lettuce storage!

It's okJul 07, 2008

This product is OK. It's great as a space-saver since I was using a giant rubbermaid container. But, it doesn't keep lettuce crispere than the rubbermaid and certainly doesn't keep it fresh any longer. Overall, it's ok, but not a must-have product.

soggy salad saverMar 23, 2008
By J. Koenig Coste Major problem is having to completely dry the washed greens before inserting in salad saver; unless greens are completely dry, they wilt in the bag. It is less problematic to do it the old fashioned way.

Silvermark Microfiber Salad BagMay 17, 2011
By Josie I love this product. It really does keep salad greens fresh for a week or so. I wash the greens in cold water, put the pieces in the bag, tie it up and put it in my crisper drawer. I pull out the salad greens as I need them. They are always crispy and fresh tasting. I hand wash the bag every so often and let it drip dry. I recommend this. It saves money on salad greens or any fresh veggies.
