I almost didn't buy this product because of the one review accusing 5 of the others of being sham reviews. Boy, am I glad I decided to go ahead. This product doesn't need sham reviews; it stands on its own. I have two other microfiber mops and thought they were great, but this one is far superior. I used one of the others on my kitchen floor and followed up with the Mystic Mop as a test. It got up an amazing amount of dirt and my floors have never looked cleaner. Using it with water is all you need.

I'm so happy with this mop. We have hardwood floors on most of our first floor. Previously, I would broom sweep, then Swiffer, then mop. The sponge mop I was using would push fine dirt into the corners unless I Swiffered first. And of course, brooms don't pick up fine dirt at all, so you had to do both for a thorough job. It was a 3 hour process. It also used a lot of water, as I would change the mop water once during the process.
With the MysticMaid, which I ordered after reading all the great reviews, I'm down to about 1 hour now! I first run the vacuum to pick up big stuff, then the Mystic mop for the wet job. I put a little water and Murphy's Oil Soap in the kitchen sink and use it to rinse off the head when it gets loaded up with dirt. I bought one replacement head so I can swap out when the first head gets too dirty. The swivel head makes it super fast to cover large areas, and it can get under tables and chairs very easily. And it doesn't leave behind any dirt like a sponge mop does. Love, love, love! Worth every penny to me, in time savings alone.

The mop head on this mop is really great. It attaches easily to the unit and stays attached, and it does its intended job effortlessly.
However, the handle is a piece of junk. Seriously. For $30+ dollars, I expected something with a little heft. This thing is tin-can light. I could probably overlook that were it not for two other issues - the telescopic feature and the handle design. The handle on this is straight, just like the picture, and this is just not a comfortable design for a mop. My previous mop had an ergonomic handle and was by far more comfortable to use - unfortunately I didn't realize this would be a big deal or I probably would have skipped the Mystic Mop. Regarding the telescopic feature, yes it's a nice feature, but the problem is it doesn't stay locked in place when I apply a bit of pressure to the unit to loosen something that is dried/gunked on the floor, it folds back into itself, and then I have to re-adjust it. I don't have to apply pressure to the unit often, so this a minor annoyance, but it is an annoyance nonetheless.
I debated between 3 and 4 stars on the Mystic Mop. The actual mop pad really is top-notch, but the handle is not up to par at this price point, so I'm going with 3 stars.

Whenever it was time to clean the house, my husband would use every trick in the book to procrastinate. Now, after using the Mystic Mop just once, he's actually suggesting that we clean more often. He loves this mop! Our floors have never looked cleaner, and he only used water. The swivel head makes it easy to reach corners, and under cabinets. It's fast & easy to use, and you just throw the pads in the washer when you're done. Highly recommended! (I also hesitated to buy this mop after one reviewer suggested the other reviews were fake. I'm glad I made the purchase. This mop is awesome!)

I love that I don't need a cleaner with this mop, just water! Add to that no disposable items to go into a landfill like with the Swiffer or Clorox ReadyMop. This mop gets 5 big stars from me and I'm recommending it to everyone I know. Seriously, just water and my floors are clean. I'm amazed how much dirt and dust it picked up...everything my old mop would've just pushed around and everything the broom missed. I had to rinse it twice for my kitchen floor it was cleaning so well. I love it!
