Enhances the chocolate flavor in my baked goodsMay 22, 2009
By Chicago Book Addict I love using this in baked goods that contain chocolate like chocolate cakes, brownies, chocolate chip cookies, etc. I've found that it enhances the chocolate flavor by adding more depth without having to increase the amount of cocoa powder or chocolate in the recipe. I really enjoy this product and plan to purchase another bottle when I run out.

By Marilyn Bauer I use this extract in all my chocolate baking. It gives cakes a wonderful chocolate flavor in place of using vanilla. Highly recommended.
