This stuff is incredible... Try it once and you'll never go back to that lameass vanilla extract again. I use it in my seasonally decorated sugar cookies. Combined with a dash of freshly grated nutmeg, it turns any old sugar cookie recipe into a transcedental experience.

I have used this product before... so I ordered from Amazon to replace it. It's a great product if you want that vanilla look because the seeds are in it but you don't necessarily want to pay for vanilla beans. The taste is fantastic and I use it as a replacement for vanilla extract in anything I want to and the texture is never compromised. Highly recommended.

The flavor profile exceeds what you would get from the extract. I became a convert a few years ago after discovering it in Williams-Sonoma. Glad to see that Amazon is carrying it, although I buy much larger quantities elsewhere.

i will never go back to extract again! this paste has been wonderful in puddings brownies blondies bars and muffins- definately worth the expense which really evens out because you arent off buying store made when this paste makes it just like them! it brings a wonderful flavor to everything i have made with it.

Excellent replacement for liquid vanilla extract. Just like the real vanilla bean without having to split it open and dig the vanilla seeds out. Outstanding delicious vanilla flavor.
