This wok is ABSOLUTE crap! The whole point of stir frying is to use high heat and you cannot do that with this wok because the coating will melt! Interior and exterior scratches extremely easily also! HORRIBLE!

I used this wok for about 3 weeks and the non stick layer starting flaking off the bottom of the cooking surface. I highly recommend in getting a "non-seasoned" wok and season it yourself. I wish I never bought this wok.
