I was looking for a mid-sized chopping/slicing knife for everyday use in the kitchen. I found a very good match.
The knife has a nice handle with a soft, rubber-type material for a good grip. It is light weight. The blade is sharp. I can chop carrots, slice tomatoes, and trim meat with the same knife.
Oh, and the price was just fine, too.

KNIFE HOLDS A DECENT EDGE FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY. AS THE BRAND NAME SAYS IT HAS A "GOOD GRIP". CUTS NICELY THRU TOMATOES AND FISH,ETC. THUMBS UP!

We bought this knife to replace a OXO serrated knife of the same size. We had sharpened it so much that the blade was disappearing. In short we love this new knife--we use it for all cutting and it's so comfortable in our hands! We bought 2 so that one is always available!

"Let's go Red Sox"
This knife has a sharp well balanced blade. The handle has a comfortable grip and is usable even when wet. I also own the 3.5 inch version of this knife (paring knife I think). Not too expensive, and holds up well to repeated use and washing.

well made-feels solid with a sharp edge. easy to keep sharp and feels very comfortable while holding. as a utility knife it does just about anything like dice or slice. you could spend a lot more, but you won't get a much better knife.
