 Nice Spatula for the $May 02, 2008

This is a nice silicone spatula. Feels comfortable & grippy in the hand. I also like that it comes in colors so I can use the red for red sauce/savory dishes & the white for baking. The handles aren't those huge "peeing" kind (like OXO). All 1-piece construction which is great for sanitary reasons. The color description is wrong - it's definitely red NOT raspberry. A nice red. I now have 3 of these in different colors & I like them.

I ordered this item as an add-on to an order to get to free shipping. I wound up liking it a lot! I can always use new spatulas, and I chose this one because it was a fun color. I forgot that whenever I use my white spatulas w/ tomato sauces, they get discolored. Well,no more. I use this red one and it's all good. I also like that it is one, unseamed piece, w/o any nooks or crannies to get food stuck in.

Yes, it's a great spatula - uniform silicone construction, sturdy core/handle and well-balanced and sized for any kitchen job. I ordered this in July 2008 and it's an attractive medium pink color. I ordered the royal blue version for a friend, which is also nice. Both can handle tomato sauce, curry powder and pomegranate juice without staining.

I use this product almost everyday. One of the best purchases I made.
Easy to wash, easy to use, light but firm, soft and flexible...perfect for scrapping those last bits of cake batter, sauce, etc. I own tons of fancy spatulas with wooden handles but they are all useless and I will probably get rid of them.
