Not often used. I prefer the wire wisks over this one most often. This one is for lighter or more delicate work which does not require a stiffer wisk.

I've been searching for a silicone whisk that was sturdy and this is it. Blue color is an added bonus!

It makes excellent gravy, sauces, and pancakes. The high temperature silicone provides enough strength to work with light to medium batters and mixes. Fits well in my hand, but the bowl/pan clip hasn't been very useful. Still a great product though.
