Nothing fancy, just very useful!Feb 25, 2005
By jen-marie These measuring cups are great. They're very sturdy. This set has all of the sizes that you will need, and they have the size in metric units printed on the handles, too. The picture of the item makes it look like they might not nest properly, but they do. The non-fancy handles also mean that they don't take up too much space in the drawer. The handles go straight back from the edge of the cups, so they don't get in the way when you're leveling off the flour or whatever. All in all, I'm very pleased! +++++++++ Update: I have now had these measuring cups for over 3.5 years, and I can also attest to their being very durable, and just as good now as when I bought them.

NiceNov 20, 2010
By M. Karazim I wanted these because my two old Tupperware sets are so hard to clean. When I measured things like shortening and honey in them it was impossible to get out. With these I feel like I'm really getting them clean and it's easy to see the parts that have food stuck to them. They are sturdy and a good weight (All-Clad are just TOO heavy) and they nest well without tipping over. I was used to having all these sizes except the 1/8 because my Tupperware had them, so I was thrilled that these even had the 3/4 cup and the 2/3 cup. So many sets don't. Plus I love having the 1/8 cup. If anyone is interested, I think this is the exact same set that the King Arthur Flour website is selling, only these were a couple bucks less and the shipping was free. KAF wanted almost ten bucks to ship theirs. I almost bought those until I compared the pictures of the two sets, and they looked identical. I am thinking of buying an extra set just so I'll have two. You could even hang these if you are so inclined, since the handles have holes for cup hooks. I love these cups.

Nice enough. Kind of steep price.May 24, 2010

They work well, but don't hold them by the handle when scooping brown sugar... it will bend. I would have liked them better if they had been constructed of a heavier gauge steel.

OK, I guessFeb 02, 2012
By Little Book Worm I'm giving these four stars because they are well-made, have fantastic odd cup sizes, and are a good price for what you get. I don't like the fact that the description doesn't tell you what kind of stainless it is. I couldn't find it anywhere! Finally found it on another website selling this product - it said these were 18/10. So, I got really excited and bought them. Well, they aren't 18/10. They are only 18/8 stainless. I know amazon didn't publish the mis-information, but not having that information at all was a real bummer! Of course amazon accepted the return, but now I'm out the time, effort and cost of shipping. If I only had complete information to start with, this wouldn't have been an issue.
Most importantly, they are not nearly as heavy as my Williams and Sonoma cups that were missing a measure. Huge difference for me in the kitchen. This was a Christmas present (gift card) and I wanted to splurge on really nice, heavy, gourmet cup measures. So, if you are looking for cups that are the same weight as the All-Clad brand, these are not it. If you don't mind using thinner, less heavy, 18/8 stainless, then these are actually a good deal.
Hope that helps!

Just what I wantedMar 20, 2011
By Andrea I love these...from the sturdy stainless steel to the longer handles, to the measurements clearly stamped on each size to the hole in the handle if you want to hang or keep them all together on the little chain. Good sizing (I've read of others that are more wide and not as deep). Also liked that the set included 7 different measurements. I'm very happy with them.
