Nicely made, light, perfect size for 4 dinner portions or 8-10 lunch/appetizer.
So far this pan has not stained or rusted like other ones I've had in the past.
It works beautifully with regular pastry shells, but it's also perfect for tart shells made from ground nuts and almond flour.
Very affordable, too, for a product made in Germany.
