This scale is very accurate, and it looks good on my windowsill. It keeps me mindful of portion control while trying to loose weight.

This scale is so easy to use; don't have to worry about batteries. I do not like clutter on my countertops and think less is better. However, I do keep the scale in the corner and it looks attractive (not cheap looking at all). I really am pleased with the quality. For a diet, it is an excellent scale.

I've had some fancy electronic scales with all manner of readings that I never used. This Salter scale lets me measure the weight of various foods without having to push any buttons or install batteries. The face is large and easy to read. The bright chrome finish is handsome and easy to clean. I have used the scale daily for about two months and have yet to reset it. Sometimes the traditional is superior to modern electronic gadgetry.

This is just a great little scale, the dial is easy to see.
The little stainless bowl is just great.
I wish I had a second, or third bowl.

I should have read the dimensions a little closer since this is smaller than anticipated and I tend to find it hard to "balance" items on top in order to weigh them. Otherwise it is small, attractive and works just fine. Just read the dimensions carefully...I'm probably going to purchase a larger scale that is easier to use/less likely to tumble over and larger to see. Still, a solid little product without issues for those searching for an affordable option.
