Great Kitchen ScissorsMay 15, 2008

These scissors are very useful in the kitchen. The blades of the scissors are serrated, very fine, and never require sharpening. I used my first pair over a year for cleaning large amounts of fish, poultry, etc. They also pop apart at the hinge for easy cleaning.

These scissors are neat in that they separate and can easily be cleaned. The herb stripping feature is also nice and is why I bought the scissors. However, if you want it to do any serious food cutting, the blades are a bit short. For dealing with herbs, however, this product is pretty good!

"The Innkeeper at Timberwolf Creek"
These are the workhorse scissors at my house. They cut everything from floral wire to basil, and even trim the ivy when it gets out of hand. Excellent tool, pops apart and cleans nicely in the dishwasher. I probably need them in every drawer.

These herb snippers are very comfortable with rubbery handles for easy gripping. The handles are fairly large, with plenty of room for the whole hand to grip. They blades on the snippers are very sharp and effective in clipping herbs.
