Really disappointed in this product. I took a chance on this based on the measurements provided in the description, hoping I could fit 4x6 cards in it. (I realize this is my fault as the description clearly states it is for 3x5 cards, however the measurements provided would easily fit 4x6 so I took a chance) Unfortunately the measurements are complete inaccurate. This box is actually 4.5"x4.5"x6.25"
Putting aside my own foolish leap of faith that the measurements would be correct, this box isn't very good quality. The wood is a bit rough and unfinished and the lid doesn't quite open all the way. So all in all, with an inaccurate description and a low quality product, I guess I got what I paid for, and I will be returning it.

This recipe box is great and will last for a long time. I just wish it came with the dividers.

This box was exactly what I wanted and followed the product description. It holds lots of recipe cards without being too big, the sides are low enough so that you don't fray the top of your cards looking through them, and the construction appears to be solid. I am very happy with this purchase.

Purchased this a year ago and it's great: 5x3 cards are not crowded. Slit on top works well to keep recipe easy to see while mixing. Hinges are sturdy. Overall, very pleased.
