Could be better, but not bad as it isAug 30, 2010
By S. J. Sims I bought these tea bags in the medium size so I could brew loose tea, and also so I could use them as the spice-packet when making stews, etc.
The size is ideal for large-leaf teas, such a chamomile, or course spices (such as dried chiles or bay leaves).
Where there is opportunity for improvement is in the closure of the bag. There is a flap integrated in the bag, but contents leak out easily. I've resorted to using an office stapler to seal the flap, and that seems to do the trick. I wish these were available with a drawstring or something, so I wouldn't feel goofy stapling ingredients in the kitchen.
But overall, they are *very* sturdy bags, and they even withstand hours of simmering in the crock pot when slow cooking meats.

Great product!Jan 21, 2011
By Michelle A. Jenkins I bought some really yummy loose leaf tea from Teavana, and these bags worked great! I can brew up to 4 cups. These bags are so much better than the little wire balls, that get little tea leaves in your cup. Great buy!

T-Sacs for CoffeeOct 09, 2010
By Wendy S. Berry I make cold-brewed coffee in a French press pot, steeping coarse-ground beans in cold water for 12 hours, then pressing the plunger to remove the grounds. This produces rich flavor with no bitterness or acidity, but I was frustrated by the grit that always managed to slip through the plunger screen. The Size 4 T-Sacs hold just enough coffee to brew an 8-cup pot. No more grit! Perfect, clear coffee every time! Very happy with this purchase.

T-sacs can be sealed closed with flat ironJun 08, 2011
By Rebecca Reed These are my favorite tea bags, principally because they can be sealed closed with a flat iron and work well with my travel mug. I use these T-sacs to make individualized coffee bags (grind coffee, 3 tbsp coffee per bag, seal closed with flat iron, store in air-tight container in frig). A fresh cup of coffee is as easy as boiling water and adding a coffee bag. When I couldn't find these T-sacs at our local store, I checked Amazon. The seller shipped quickly, the price was way better than the local store, and the order was accurate. I'm a happy customer.

These work great!Dec 09, 2010
By Steve The only other review I see does a disservice to this product. It functions like it should. Rating something that low because you don't like the packaging is ridiculous. I use these in my Keurig coffee brewer (with the k cup gizmo) and it works really well. Highly recommended!
