Nice quality recessed fish turner - great for omelets tooMar 23, 2012

This turner is nicely designed. Its red silicone head is 8-inches long and 3 1/2-inches wide. The recessed handle is 7 1/2-inches long and very comfortable and sturdy.
It will not harm non-stick surfaces and cleans up in a wink.
Serves well as a fish turner, though you'll need to use a spoon as a helper when turning heavier pieces of fish.
However, this turner really excels at folding and turning omelets. I've used it to flip over easy eggs, too.
I'm very happy with this product.
