adorable and cute and could be betterNov 06, 2007

When my boyfriend saw these, he became obsessed with us making something that used them. They are really cute. I can't give them five stars, though, because first of all four is not a very useful number of muffin/cupcake cups...you would have to buy at least three sets to make a batch of cupcakes. Also, I would really like them to have smooth sides.
Seriously, why do all these silicone baking cups come with pleated sides? If someone knows of a good reason for this please tell me. I thought these would also be good for piping chocolate mousse into or something like that, but why would you want to eat something like chocolate mousse out of a cup with crinkled sides? I do have a set of smooth sided baking cups that were part of a lava cake set, and they cook little cakes/cupcakes just as well as these...better, even. But, they don't have cute little feet like these do.

Cupcakes that will make you smile!Dec 09, 2007
By Muriel These are the most adorable little things I've seen in a long time. What a great Mommy/Kids project these will make. The feet are large enough to hold up a baked cupcake, and can be used for muffins as well. For bakers on your list this is a great choice.

great product!Jan 19, 2008
By Y. Almog i really satisfied from this great product! they are lovely, fun and stable. i didn't give them 5 stars because tha colors are limited- only four colors and because there were no instructions about how many degrees are aloud in the oven.
Cutest snack cup for my toddler!Jun 07, 2011
By Shmmr27 Ok- I haven't officially used this to bake cupcakes- but that is because I didn't know my toddler was going to fall in love with them and want all of his snack food served in them! These are adorable- and very sturdy- we have had all kinds of food in them- and I even served some finger foods in them during one of our parties, and everyone thought they were adorable! They clean great in the dishwasher and I just love how heavy duty (toddler proof) they are!!
Great for partiesAug 12, 2010
By AmandaR Kind of pricy, but if you stock up slowly and amass a bunch, they are great for kids parties. We used our for a monster party. The kids were on the young side, so I decorated them as monsters beforehand, but if you have older kids, decorating them as a party activity would be great.
Word of advice: If you use them, plan on letting the kids take them home as favors. I made sure to have enough so every kid could have one. I was at a party a year ago where as kids were walking out with them, the hostess was taking them back...At about $2.50 each, its not too bad. Really, youve got to consider them a favor, or dont use them at all because kids will automatically think and want to keep them.
When using be sure to grease them well, or use paper cupcake inserts. People often think silicone is non-stick, but you do need to grease these well (try the Wilton Cake Release, for example).
