Wusthof are Superb knifes. Highest quality of precision forged in Solingen, Germany since 1814, Wusthof knives are designed for maximum strength, safety, balance and weight. Stainless steel construction ice-hardened for maximum durability and corrosion resistance, sleek innovative design, and great functionality. Very sharp and comfortable well priced at $169.99 price is right. Wüsthof Steak Knifes Grand Prix II Set is an excellent example of fine craftmanship the are forged not stamped with perfect blend of materials. I remember father purchasing Wusthof Solingen trident knifes though expensive they were and still are the best.
