Best spatulaApr 06, 2009
By Geoffrey Tu This spatula does everything well. I just wish they made it in a slightly larger size. Nevertheless, the angled and tapered head allow for easy dividing, scooping, and flipping to make stir frying effortless without worrying about scraping nonstick surfaces. It's also extremely easy to hand wash and it doesn't show any signs of aging like plastic and wooden spatulas. This makes for one more excellent Zyliss product among my kitchen tools.

Awesome SpatulaMar 10, 2010
By Melissa McCauley This has quickly become my favorite kitchen utensil. The silicon can withstand high heats without melting, and the metal core makes it able to pick up heavy things or break up "hard" food. I use it for almost everything and I love the cheerful orange color.

Very Handy SpatulaNov 09, 2009
By smv135 This is a wonderful spatula to use for stir-frying, sauteing, or stirring. I love that the silicone can withstand high heats, so I don't have to worry about any plastic melting in my food. Also, there is only one tiny seam, so the spatula is virtually all one piece and doesn't let food/water/mold into the cracks like traditional spatulas do. Also, it doesn't bend as much as a traditional "spatula".

My Favorite Silicone UtensilMar 26, 2008

I cook a lot with nonstick cookware so I need something that won't scratch it up. I don't like Nylon so I turned to Silicone. The only problem is that a spoonula is just too flexible to break of ground beef or sausage and the spoons are, well, occasionally too soft as well or worse, hard to find.
So on a trip to the cookware store I found this beauty, in orange. I love it and I use it more than any other utensil!
I've recommended this to both friends and family.

WOW - Classically trained Chef now home cookDec 03, 2011
By A. Tan I was blown away by this spatula; firm and strong yet flexible with edges that can get under anything. I find myself reaching for this implement time and again, particularly with my non-sticks. I will buy another!
