"The Man"
First off,
iSi makes wonderful cooking tools. That's what upset me about this device.
Goods:
1. It works ok
Bads:
1. It clogs much too easily
2. The metal around the cartridge rusts if not towel dried after washing
3. The button sticks often and will waste NO2
4. The Cream it produces doesn't even compare to the volume I get out of the iSi Gourmet and Thermo Whip Plus
I would recommend two options,
1. Take the money and spend it on a Gourmet Whip or Thermo Whip
2. Buy a cheaper Brand to do the same job

I,m on a low carb diet which allows fat. This little devise is magic. Just add a pint of cream, your favorite sweetener (I use a sugar free flavored syrup), gas it up and you are ready for a delightful whipped cream experience any time. Lasts for about a week -if don't eat it all first -and never falls flat.

Overall, I love this whip cream dispenser. These things can get pretty pricey; in spite of the fact that this one is pretty reasonable, the quality of the whipped cream is as good as any I've had.
It looks great too, elegant in its simplicity, and I find the button preferable to the handle type activators on many other models. It's more precise in my opinion. Construction is great too... all parts, whether plastic or metal, are sturdy and reliable.
One drawback: The dispensing nozzle is somewhat prone to getting stuck in the open position, causing whipped cream or N2O to continue dispensing after the button is released. This happens most when using flavored whipped cream, especially with flavorings like blueberry syrup. The good news is that a good cleaning clears the problem right up, and all that's lost is a charger and maybe a little whipped cream. Still, it's a bummer when it happens.
I hope this review helps you make a more informed decision when considering this purchase. Given all factors, I'd buy it again, because for the money, it's a relatively good deal. Peace :-)

I bought the Isi Easy Whip because my mother has one. It's easy and very convenient. It's truly a great product that is inexpensive and allows me to make whip cream that is healthy and delicious for myself and my family. I would recommend the Isi Whip Easy to everyone.

I am on a low-carb diet and whipped cream w/o sugar is one of the treats I can have. Store whipped cream is full of sugar so I decided to buy one of these and see how I like it.
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!
It is heavy aluminum, coated on the inside so that the cream never touches metal. It's made in Austria and, like most Austrian and German and Swiss kitchen tools, is pretty much perfect. I bought the box of cartridges of the same name brand and they came in the same shipment, even though they had been shipped ground. Each charge is for one fill-up of cream, so for each pint of cream that you make into whippped, you'll discharge a whole cartridge. The cartridges are made of recycled metal and are recyclable. The nozzle is wide enough to be easy to wash with the little brush that comes in the box.
I would say the only drawback MIGHT be if you have tiny hands - this is a hefty cannister. You hold it upside down and push the button, and out pours beautiful, fresh whipped cream.
Instructions say that if you want to add sugar, to add a sugar syrup or flavored syrup instead of crystalline or powdered sugar, or to dissolve it completely before charging the cannister.
We could not believe how easy it was to use this gadget. We're sold!
